- - Submission of this form authorizes Augusta University to release all admissions documentation submitted to AU to be sent to EGSC so that your admission process can be expedited.

- Criminal Background Check Instructions (PDF) - For applicants required to submit a background check, housing students will submit through the housing application
- Document Release Request Form (PDF) - Request application documentation (high school transcript, test scores, immunizations) to be sent elsewhere
